I Love My Oreck

I can't say enough about what a great investment my little oreck vacuum cleaners has been! I own a small home with only two bedrooms upstairs. It was a challenge to lug my old vacuum cleaner up the stairs to clean these rooms. I walked into the Oreck Store at the local mall and saw the small, lightweight model and instantly knew it was the perfect choice. It's small enough to store in my cloths closet without taking up too much room. It's been a back saver on cleaning days upstairs. Being lightweight and having a shoulder strap are added pluses as i am able to vacuum the stairs as well while I'm at it! The stairs are a favorite collection point for dust and dander as i own a cat and a dog. The suction on this lightweight model is fantastic,far surpassing my larger, older model manufactured by another company. Who would have thought?

The only negative I have to share is that because this is such a compact vacuum cleaner, the bag size is quite small as well and so it will not hold all that much and will need to be replaced more frequently. However, that is a small price to pay for such value and convenience in a small machine which has eased my back aches! I highly recommend the Oreck!
